Arrival Rooms will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement. Departure - Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure (11am Sunday) Cancellations If you need to cancel, it must be confirmed one week prior to arrival; after that we reserve the right to charge the full room rate. All cancellations are subject to a £10.00 administration fee All rooms have en-suite shower/bathroom as well as tea & coffee making facilties.
